A mother of four and a proud New Orleans resident, Kelly’s culinary roots run deep, shaped by her upbringing in Trinidad and Tobago. Her childhood was spent cooking alongside her family, infusing her dishes with island spices, vibrant flavors, and stories passed down for generations.

Kelly has channeled that passion into creating unforgettable dining experiences. With a focus on family, community, and connection, she launched Kitchen Creations to celebrate the fusion of Caribbean soul food and New Orleans classics.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and big heart, Chef Kelly believes that food is not just nourishment—it's a way of bringing people together. When not in the kitchen, she an administrator in education. From managing schedules to crafting menus, she’s the secret ingredient that holds the family together. She also volunteers with her sisterhood, AKA, helping those in need. Her heart is as big as her culinary skills, cooking up joy in every project!
